1. You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.
2. If we do receive a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we reserve the right to delete your followers, likes, views, plays and/or comments.

Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your IP address from this website and you allow us to take legal actions against you.    4. No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.

You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Since TheSocialRise.com uses the Internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.

Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitter, Facebook, X, Kick.com, Rumble, Twitch does periodic account deletions, possibly removing TheSocialRise.com (“website”) provided followers, subscribers, plays, retweets, favorites, likes, or comments. TheSocialRise.com  in no way, shape, or form guarantees or is responsible for the revival of your followers, subscribers, plays, retweets, favorites, likes, comments, or responsible for account deletion or suspension.

TheSocialRise.com may over-deliver the Services it guarantees, including but not limited to delivering extra followers or subscribers than ordered. This over-delivery amount (“Extras”) should be considered a buffer, in the event of a small loss of followers or subscribers. Extras are not covered by the Company’s Retention Guarantee and Extras are not eligible for replacement in the case of a loss that is equal to or less than the over-delivery amount.

We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your marketing campaign will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on TheSocialRise.com website (and its subdomains), by Company employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by the Company regarding how long a marketing campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

By signing up for TheSocialRise.com services, you agree that TheSocialRise.com reserves the right to pause your campaign for any reason and without any notice. It is always our goal to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible; however, there may be certain circumstances such as a page actively losing followers or an upgrade performed to a Social Network that may make pausing your campaign necessary. Pausing a campaign does not make you eligible for any partial or full refunds.

• Non-delivery of the product: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing the date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.
• Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. • Ordered from another service: If you purchase the same service from us and another provider at the same time we will not refund you if things go wrong such as: Drops, Inconsistent Start/End Times or Counts, Delivery Issues, or They Claim That All Were Sent By Them. Our systems work off of start/end counts. Example: if you purchase from us 1,000 Instagram Followers, and while those are still being sent, you purchase another 1,000 followers from a different website our 1,000 may collide with their 1,000 and both orders will be mark as completed when really only 1,000 was sent and not 2,000 due to our systems tracking by start, live, and end counts.
• TheSocialRise.com  (“website”) is in no way liable, nor offers a refund for the following occurrences: account suspension, account deletion, video deletion, plays removal, follower/like/comments drop off, comment removals, done by Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud, or any third party company linked on TheSocialRise.com, or yourself.
